News from the Proshop

On 3/22/13 (Friday night) about midnight, eight rental carts were taken out of the back door of cart barn by several young kids. They drove the carts on the golf course and left several ruts in #18 fairway doing donuts in the wet spots. They also littered the course with beer bottles and damaged 2 golf carts.Any information you may have will be appreciated and can contact the golf shop at (409)883-9454.

Titleist has its loyalty rewards program going on until April 14, 2013. The program consist of buy 3 dozen Pro V1 or Pro V1X at $48.00 per dozen and get 1 dozen free. All 4 dozen come with your name, initials, company name, etc. You can choose the ink color and any numbers you want on them and can order as many as you want in increments of 4 dozens. If interested, you can contact me in the golf shop and I will order them. It takes about 4 weeks to receive.

The golf course is in great shape right now, so let’s all do our part to keep it that way. Keep carts away from the greens and on the cart paths when driving from fairway to greens. Fill your divots in the fairways with sand, rake the bunkers after playing out of them, and fix all ball marks on the greens.

Have a great April
